Legal
Refund Policy
Effective: 24 September 2026
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy applies to purchases made directly from How-To-Use-AI.com where RePass Cloud Pty Ltd is the seller.
It supplements the RePass Cloud Refund Policy:

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees where they apply.
No blanket “no refunds” rule applies.
Digital books
If a purchased ebook is missing, corrupt, inaccessible because the supplied file itself is faulty, or the wrong file is supplied, contact hello@repasscloud.com.
We will normally first attempt to provide or re-provide the correct functioning file promptly.
If the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, or the failure is major, the customer receives the remedy required by applicable law.
Printed books
If a directly purchased printed book is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed, incorrect or not delivered as required, contact support with the order number and reasonable evidence such as photographs or tracking information.
We may work with the printer, fulfilment provider or carrier to assess and resolve the issue.
Applicable remedies may include replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.
Major and minor failures
Where applicable law treats a failure as major and gives the customer a statutory choice of remedy, that choice will be respected.
Where a failure is minor and can lawfully be remedied, we may first provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
If the problem is not remedied within a reasonable time, further statutory remedies may apply.
Change of mind
No general voluntary change-of-mind refund or return is promised at launch.
This does not affect a statutory remedy.
A future product or promotion may offer additional voluntary return rights. Those additional terms will be clearly stated with the offer.
Orders not supplied
If an order is not supplied within a specifically promised time or, where no time was promised, within a reasonable time, we will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Seller cancellation
If RePass Cloud cancels an accepted paid order before supply because of a genuine and reasonably justified reason such as fraud, an obvious material pricing error, legal inability to supply or genuine unavailability, the amount paid for the cancelled item and any directly associated refundable charge will be returned.
Requesting a remedy
Contact:
Please provide:
- the purchasing email address;
- order or transaction reference where available;
- a description of the problem;
- the remedy requested; and
- screenshots or photographs where they are reasonably useful.
Do not send full payment-card details.
Timing
We aim to:
- acknowledge a request within 5 business days;
- provide an outcome or meaningful progress update within 10 business days where reasonably practicable; and
- submit an approved refund promptly, normally within 5 business days after approval.
Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to make funds visible after a refund is submitted.
Retailer purchases
If you bought the book through Amazon, Apple Books or another retailer, use that retailer’s refund and order-support process in the first instance because it operates the checkout and payment.
RePass Cloud can assist with publisher information, source-file defects, corrections, accessibility, rights questions and finding the appropriate support route.

Duplicate purchases and download access
The store checks your existing digital purchases before checkout to help prevent duplicate orders. If a sign-in or download link has expired, visit your book library for a fresh link rather than buying again. For a purchase or delivery problem, use the purchase support form. The refund policy above continues to apply.
